Hi! I'm Nicole and I've been a Personal Trainer and Sports physiotherapist with Lifestyle Fitness for 6 years now. Focusing on injury rehabilitation, sports massage and sport specific training through my Sports Therapy side. As well as providing the opportunity for you to further your health and fitness through exercise and nutrition-based plans.
