I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, delivering 1-1 PT sessions, as well as classes.
I like to incorporate a lot of resistance training in my sessions, which has proved to be effective in weight loss, toning, and gaining strength. I have helped a lot of clients in achieving life long results.
My approach as a Personal Trainer, Is to place an emphasis on understanding each individual client, and their needs, before formulating a programme that is suitable and effective in achieving their targets. I believe that each person is unique and conventional training/eating methods do not work for everyone.
You can expect to have a laugh and never-ending conversations, but all while working hard.

Hi, I’m Otis. I have nearly 10 years’ experience in the industry ranging from gyms, yoga studios and freelancing. I am passionate about health and fitness and enjoy helping people. Being a PT and helping people reach their health goals is the sweet spot for me.
My experience over the years has enabled me to tailor training programs for clients that are holistic, effective and built to get results in my specialist areas – weight loss, fat loss and increasing physical performance and functional fitness. Life is hard and my sessions are often hard, but they give a good foundation to face life’s challenges confidently with the knowledge that you’re overcoming challenges daily and building an improved you. Hi my name is Ollie, and I’m a level 3 PT here at Cheshunt. I’ve been training in MMA since I was 13 and competing since the age of 17. It was through MMA competitions that I found a love and passion for strength & conditioning, coaching, nutrition & optimising physical performance in and out of the gym, and in competitive environments.
I like to make my sessions fun, enjoyable and relatable to the individual. I also like to instill healthy and positive habits into my clients in order to get them to their desired goals. I’m very big on positive vibes within my training sessions, giving you the push to get the very best out of yourself. See you on the gym floor!

Hi, I'm Gary and I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 14 years! Over these years, I have worked with a vast amount of clients and embarked on many journeys along the way. I am lucky to have been part of so many great transformations and helped change so many lives, both physically and mentally. I have always believed in continued professional development and always strive to upgrade my skill set and to build more and more value into the way I deliver my personal training services.
My current focus area is working with older clients to help you move and feel better. I believe in training for longevity with a focus on posture, bone density, muscle strength and being able to live life to the fullest. I believe personal training goes way beyond just exercise. For me, being a PT is more than just a 1-hour session telling a client how to lift weights, it’s about continuously adding value to contribute towards a better quality of life.
I have a background within football and have always loved the strength and conditioning element of training and looking after my nutrition to optimise performance. I always strive to become a better athlete myself as I continue to play Semi-Pro alongside working as a personal trainer.
