Hi I'm Chris a personal trainer. From, playing ruby and hockey since I was 6 years old and now competing in a variety of competitions such as HYROX, ATHX GAMES and marathons. My training has always been about pushing my limits and keeping things exciting.

This year i set myself some hard goals for the first time being a 3-hour marathon (with 4 planned this yar). Running a 100k and competing in a few HYROX's getting that 60 minute time and a ATHX games. I became a personal trainer as i know first-hand how frustrating it can be making mistakes and making setbacks and felling stuck. My aim is to help you train smarter and avoid these plateaus and mostly importantly enjoying the process. Whether you want to improve performance, build confidence or just feel your best. I'm here to support you both physically and mentally to get you performing at your best.
