Hi there I am Dale, I have always had a passion for fitness, this led to be perusing a career within the British Army, where I served for 13 years. Upon leaving the army I decided I wanted to pursue a career within the health and fitness industry. My reason for this was because I genuinely love helping people...but why I chose fitness, is because I knew as a fitness coach. I would have ability to push people towards there fitness goals whilst having fun along the way. All, whilst been able to educate people on the many health benefits involved with exercising.
